for this apprentice engineer position, salary is based on the national apprenticeship rate - £4.30 per hour plus benefits (for the first 12 months, after which the rate is dependent on age).

we will provide the successful apprentice engineer with a structured programme of training, both within our workshops and externally through a college, leading to valuable nvq qualifications. applicants will be required to sit a short maths and english entrance test to qualify for college.

about the role:

3-year apprenticeshipwork towards nvq level 3 in plant maintenancevaluable practical experience in an industry where qualified engineers are in demandwork with mechanical and electro/hydraulic systemsservicing and maintaining an expanding hire fleet of modern truck mounted powered access machinerywe would welcome applications for this apprentice engineer position from candidates with the following skills: maths gcse, english gcse, grade 4, engineering, trainee, apprentice, engineer.
