i am an intelligent disabled woman looking for someone to enable me, by driving me in my vehicle to complete local errands and also going out / shopping / attending meetings and events further afield. there may be the requirement for an occasional overnight stay. this is a varied and rewarding role for the right person who is required to be flexible and efficient and have a clean driving license of at least 5 years. the days we are not out then to assist with a small amount of household chores ie-; laundry, cooking and helping with paperwork, pottering in the garden and craft bits. also, personal care at times with bathing/dressing etc.
required for periods of 16 hours per week. the hours can be shared.
ideally shifts would be agreed, weekdays preferred.
the right person for this role will need to complete an enhanced dbs check.
starting salary of £12.00 per hour. non-smoker / driver essential.
subject to satisfactory references being received and three month’s trial period.
