adecco medical & science is assisting a top client in the healthcare industry in recruiting for an rn case manager in las vegas, nv.
primary responsibilities:
perform utilization review and case management for inpatient hospitalized members. will work closely with community manager and medical director to manage patients length of stay and transitions of care to the right level of care utilizing mcg criteria. processing outpatient referrals will be vital in preventing 30 day readmissions. will require collaboration with other team members within the medical management dept.
