candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for customer service agent jobs:
you will be working remote (from home) – using your own computer, desktop or laptop with windows 7 or newer os. no macs; no chromebooks; no tablets. must have high speed internet.
customer service agents require candidates to answer inbound calls from customer's inquiring for assistance with their vehicles (location of dealership, basic warranty information and assistance with repairs. customer service agents will assist in answering the basic inquires and set up a case to receive a follow up call from a total case specialist for more complex inquires.
responsibilities for customer service agent jobs include but are not limited to:
ability to prioritize own work while remaining organized to meet deadlines
proficient written and oral communication skills, with both internal and external customers; must possess solid customer service skills
excellent attendance and motivation to achieve goals
demonstrated skills in analyzing information, problem-solving and independent decision making
strong computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems while following standard procedures accurately; ability to identify opportunities for process improvement
comfortable adapting to changes that impact the work
must be flexible to work monday – sunday
pay rate $13.50
