here at atherstone , we have a team of around 580 colleagues. we produce sandwiches, wraps, rolls, bircher pots and toasties for some of the biggest retailers in the uk including starbucks, aldi, cafe nero and the munch brand sold in wh smith travel outlets.

hours of work are from 5:00 - 13:00

roles and responsibilities include:

- printing all relevant paperwork

- photocopying all relevant paperwork

- putting staff holiday onto the system

- printing off all plans, concessions, sample requests, rollover, agency order for the day

- updating and replacing qas for lines

- updating and replacing spec in books

- issuing rtw for that day and updating on focus

- updating rsp

- updating training matrix

- any other paperwork-based jobs

what we are looking for:

- flexible, friendly, and approachable

- be able to work in a busy environment

- trustworthy and understand the importance of confidentiality and gdpr

- reports into the production managers

- minimum yearly pay full-time is from gbp19,200 which does not include overtime

- overtime at time and a quarter
