afterschool shifts 3:15 – 7:15 (thursday and fridays)

saturdays: 10am – 4pm

summer holiday hours available

summary

• my son is 11 years old, has autism/adhd and is non-verbal. he is a very happy and an energetic boy.

• we are looking for a pa pick him up after school, entertain him with a range of activities for example swimming, going to the park, soft play etc.

other requirements

• non-smoker preferred or someone who is willing to refrain from smoking during work hours.

• must have a uk driving licence

• must have access to own vehicle-mileage paid 25p per mile.

• other :

all applicants must be willing to undertake an enhanced disclosure & barring service check

successful applicants will be entitled to holiday pay and will be issued employment contracts.

typical duties

domestic:

preparing drinks, snacks and meals.

any other reasonable task

personal care:

• helping with aspects of personal care as required, for example assisting my son to pull trousers up after going to the toilet.

• mealtimes e.g. cutting up food

• any other reasonable task

social:

• picking up from school

• supporting with accessing social activities

• any other reasonable task
