responsibilities include:

washing all dishes, place clean, dry dish utensils, and cooking equipment in storage area

mop back of kitchen floors and assist in other areas as needed and assigned by other cirque du soleil kitchen manager and head-chef and/or adecco on-site staff

assist with food prep tasks (ie: peeling potatoes, carrots, etc.)
