Supply chain planner - 12 months ftc - united kingdom, marlow, buckinghamshire
job purpose:
execution and control of supply chain activity for assigned products/product families, providing specialist product knowledge to the business with regard to manufacture, supply, planning, scheduling, and compliance.
master scheduling, inventory, and procurement responsibility (up to approved financial limit) for assigned products/product families
ownership of the medium/long-term supply plan for a portfolio of products and accountable for continuity of supply and risk-management
performance monitoring, kpi management and escalation for assigned cmos
maintenance of gdp records for assigned products/product families
primary point of contact for all affiliate & partner communication regarding product supply for their portfolio
liaison with technical and artwork teams for assigned products/product families
the role:
demand analysis
requirements planning & inventory management
kpi tracking and performance management
inventory procurement and purchase order management
input to supply review meetings and sales & operations planning processes
responding to affiliate, partner, pre-wholesaler or customer enquiries and needs
financial reconciliation of inventory and non-inventory purchasing
maintenance of gxp records and reports
change control and management
