we are currently looking to recruit an experienced head housekeeper for a lovely 4 star hotel. as head housekeeper your primary role will be ensure that the housekeeping department and the guest bedroom floors are well co-ordinated and supervised. you will be required to ensure that the housekeeping department delivers prompt, efficient and courteous service to the hotels guests, employees, managers and suppliers. the head housekeeper should be compliant with health and safety legislation and coshh regulations, whilst maintaining high standards.

the person

the ideal head housekeeper will have experience of the following:

already be a housekeeping manager or strong assistant or deputy housekeeping managerhappy to work shifts and weekends.can manage a team of room attendantsgood knowledge of housekeeping processes & proceduresknowledge of hotel and industry legislation e.g. health & safety and coshhexcellent communicator andorganised with an eye for detailyour own reliable transport to a location.live in available on site for a fee
