presto engineering is a family run business based in witney, oxfordshire and we specialise in cnc machining of precision aluminium parts across a range of sectors.

we are looking for an experienced cnc miller setter/operator to join our team.

duties:

setting and operating 3, 4, 5 axis cnc milling centres for a variety of high end, low volume production work using heidenhain controls

 utilising measurement equipment for inspection purposes

 hand finishing of parts post machining

 involvement in general workshop practices

requirements

minimum of 4 years cnc milling experience/apprenticeship training completed.

heidehain controls experience is desirable, although not essential as experience of other controls will be considered.

specifics

 full-time, permanent position

 monday – friday

 standard hours 07:00 to 15:30 with overtime up to 17:00

 20 days holiday per annum + bank holidays

 bonus scheme covering every 6 months of employment
