duties and responsibilities
calibrate thermometer using ice bath every start of the production da.y verify times on computer, circle chart, and wall clock.
collect product sample to begin.
thermal process setup.
begin thermal process; verifying product, recipe, time, and temperature are correct before closing the door.
collect initial temperature into the computer.
conduct acid wash and plate cleaning in accordance with the maintenance schedule.
collect samples and put samples in incubator.
