this is a highly confidential position for a private ultra-high net worth family based in florida. you will be working a 5-day week managing a team of 2 other hostesses.

you will be based at a fully staffed family home in wellington, florida. this is permanent position, starting no later than october 2022 and as the lead server/hostess you will be responsible for the service team, ensuring everything is running smoothly and that communication with the chef/kitchen team is always a priority. ultimately you will be responsible for ensuring the principals day-to-day service and front of house needs are always met.

your responsibilities will include:

looking after the family on a daily basis and being a right-hand person to the female principal
looking after guests during events and dinner parties
liaising with the chef to ensure a seamless and timely service of all meals
serving meals and drinks
good knowledge of drinks and cocktails making and serving
keeping the house in immaculate condition
management of the service team
