Operations specialist - united states, farmington

adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an operations specialist position. 

 

type: 40hrs/wk.  contract

start date:  asap

location:  farmington, ct (local candidates only)

pay: $28.15/hr

length: four (4) months with the possibility of extension

shift:  monday – friday 7:30a – 4:00 p, occasional ot

 

note:  this is a remote position to return to the office. no other options are available.

 

responsibilities for operations specialist include but are not limited to:   

 

as part of this team, you will work directly with treasury clients and a number of global business partners including the tax operations teams in the us, apac, emea, and canada/latam as well as corporate and enterprise tax, fulfilment, service and operations.

 

refresh of expired tax forms

collection of tax forms for a change in circumstances

reporting validation

refund analysis and approval

general inquiries

translation and dissemination of global tax communications

 

qualifications for this operations specialist position:

 

minimum of 1 year of client-facing experience

strong oral and written communication skills

strong attention to detail

proved ability to create and deliver strong business results

ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, navigate change, and prioritize daily
