adecco is assisting our client located in san antonio, tx 78233 to fulfill temporary admin assistant position. 

this position requires the associate to provide support to clients by reconciling past due invoices, researching client deductions and record keeping.

responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • responsible for answering a heavy volume of calls
  • providing customer service and responding to inquiries on general account information.
  • entering in correct information in the system while following appropriate processes per client expectations
  • gathering data and required documentation to complete requests  
  • candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • customer service experience
  • service max (not required)
  • a/r exp
  • understanding invoicing 
  • call center experience (this role will receive approximately 50 - 70 inbound calls per day)
  • hours/days monday-friday; must have availability to work from hours ranging from 7am-5:30pm (8 shifts)
