adecco is currently assisting a diagnostic and outpatient imagining client, recruiting for nuclear medicine technologist position. 

the nuclear medicine technologist will partner closely with the director of radiology to produce images to assist physicians with a medical diagnosis, while complying with safety and regulatory requirements.

responsibilities

greet, accept and prepare the patient for nuclear medicine procedures

assess and document patient's conditions to determine proper handling and special requirements

check requisition for physician notes and/or special instructions

administer contrast materials as needed

enforce nuclear medicine and radiation safety procedures

work closely with radiology manager and practice administrator

experience: 

2-5 years previous nuclear medicine experience

must be able to perform x-rays

arrt license required; nmtcb can be used if only certified in arrt
