adecco is assisting a local client recruit an experienced office assistant with accounts payable background. office located in east windsor, ct.

job responsibilities:

  • utilizing quickbooks for various office needs
  • accounts payable duties as needed
  • tracking inventory and purchasing
  • writing up and formatting quotes for clients
  • other office duties as assigned
  • qualifications:

  • well versed in quickbooks
  • great computer skills
  • strong communication skills- written and verbal
