hi there, i am looking to start a new food business, initially from the premises and the view to doing take away. i would prefer to do local quality produce and italian food however i am open to suggestions. the premises are located on the seafront road with a large terrace and a lot of passing trade. you will be responsible to run the business in every aspect.

i can offer accommodation and 50% of the profits, however you must have a passion for food.
