from lewis hamilton, to michael schumacher, silverstone is at the heart of british motor-racing and many great names have battled their way around this amazing circuit for the last 75 years. the site has developed so much over the years with additional conference facilities being built, which accommodates for corporate events, weddings and functions in addition to anything that is in the race calendar.
the site is now taking back on all their large cancelled events and race days are now back in full swing! with that in mind, the kitchens need fully staffing again and we now have some amazing positions for chef de partie's and sous chefs to join the family. these roles are extremely varied and you will find yourself working across multiple outlets, depending on what is going on. from fine-dining functions for 50+, race day hospitality, through to weddings, every day is different.
we are looking for chef de partie's and sous chefs that have a flexible approach to their work, who work smart and clean and who are great team players. you must be organised and creative. the site has a number of senior chefs on site, so full support is available at all times.
typical hours are 7am-4pm, with the odd event later into the evening working 5 days from 7.
