the role will be prominently site-based and will involve working within the first stage of the build process as the site is currently going through procurement.

the role would ideally suit an up-and-coming assistant quantity surveyor who has gained experience on large residential schemes.

the ideal candidate will have experience with:

- procurement

- jct contracts

- measuring subcontractors work

- assessing applications for payment

- raising interim valuations

- working under a senior quantity surveyor

- cost planning

- monthly valuations and reports
