maintain and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components of production related equipment including but not limited to:
chocolate making – roasting, pressing, conching, refining
departments a, b, c, d, r q, h
packaging labelers, case packers, palletizers, conveyor systems and shunts, storage systems, product transport systems.
preventive/predictive maintenance - responsible for executing planned work schedule as assigned and creating follow up notifications/improvements in sap system to ensure cost effective and reliable equipment performance.
completion of all assigned work in a timely manner following standards and best practices.
provide technical training to operators as part of our nce practices to ensure knowledge transfer and autonomy in equipment operations.
creative problem solving skills to perform equipment improvements and enhancements to optimize production with positive contribution to all key deliverables of safety, quality, and cost.
a strong commitment to continuous improvement and competency development.
participate in problem solving utilizing tools such as bda and gstd.
actively participate in nce and improvement teams.
lead continuous update of maintenance procedures, and pm optimization efforts.
review required spare parts to keep maximize technical warehouse service factor.
