repair, replace and install sensors, actuators, transformers, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, electric eyes, conduit systems, switches, defective writing, etc.
troubleshoot, repair, replace plc’s, servo and frequency drives and related electronic hardware
disassembles, inspects, reassembles, troubleshoots, repairs and replaces malfunctioning parts or equipment (motors, switches, sensors, input /output boards, controllers servos, gears, sprockets chains, knives, etc. using test equipment
use blue prints and wiring diagrams to plan and execute electrical repairs and installations
make proper use of tools such as hacksaws, pipe benders, pipe threaders, hammers and screw drivers, splice wires and install conduit, panel boards, switch boxes, motors and drives and other electrical equipment
may test or recommend new equipment in the electronic field, staying well-informed of latest state of the art technology
cleans, lubricates and adjusts guides, flap tuckers, sealing jaws, sensors, servos, and timing for process systems of packaging equipment to improve efficiency, quality, or operation
performs routine preventive maintenance procedures as per schedule
installs change parts (pockets, flap tuckers, film folding shoulders etc.) on our production machinery
provide technical expertise to train and support production and create an environment of continuous learning
maintain housekeeping and sanitation of work area and equipment
use of nestlé computer systems for accurate tracking of product as required
train others on job tasks of this role
perform other duties as assigned
