hamptons are currently looking for an experienced lettings consultant to join our farnham office.
responsibilities:
meeting and registering new applicantsorganising & carrying out viewingsmaintain regular contact with landlords and applicants and note all correspondence and communicationsachieve all daily and weekly targetsarrange, organise and conduct all viewings in line with the landlord s instructionsnegotiate where instructed any offers receivedhave an in–depth understanding of the local market place thus gaining an advantage over our competitorswork closely with the manager to identify new business opportunities and maximise them experience & skills required:
excellent organisational and prioritisation skillsexcellent written and verbal communication skillsfull and clean driving licenceprevious experience within a negotiator role or in a sales environment, an advantage but not essentialworking knowledge of microsoft office benefits:
