company leading financial services client is currently in the early stages of acquiring a competitor and are now looking for a project manager to join the team and deliver on the regulatory, hr, finance, legal and litigation workstreams.

key skills needed:

* previous experience working as a project manager

* previous experience working across regulatory, hr, finance, legal or litigation workstreams

* previous experience working within the financial services sector

* any experience working on a m&a project would be highly advantageous but is not essential
