paragon meed recruitment are expanding rapidly within the industrial sector. we are currently looking to add a recruitment coordinator to join our team and help manage our food production sites in the blackpool area.

ideally, you will have a background in recruitment, either branch-based or an industrial recruiter, however this isn t essential.

writing and posting adverts to various job sites

resource and recruitment of temporary workers to work in a production/warehouse environment

shift check-ins and reporting

induction and training of temporary workers

weekly payroll administration

recording of overtime/ shifts / holidays

following up on clocking issues and unauthorised absences

daily performance & non-conformance administration

liaising with workers and managers on the shop floor to resolve issues

co-ordinating support from colleagues

the ideal candidate:

2 years experience within a similar position would be ideal.

recruitment experience

must be smart and presentable

be flexible

strong administration skills are essential

the ability to multi-task, and able to prioritise

you must have exceptional time management skills

excellent communication/customer service skills

must have a uk driving license and own transport (expenses paid)

28k-30k per year ( negotiable for right candidate)
