my client maintains a reputation as an intelligent, reliable, and agile design and build contractor. we provide long-term operations and maintenance support to irish water on over 25 treatment plants across the country. they are currently looking for a senior quantity surveyor to join them as a permanent member of their team
job description:
manage day to day commercial and contract activities.sub-contract procurement ensuring maximum value for money.sub-contract valuations and final accounts.working knowledge of nec 3, jct, and amp7 conditions of contract.preparation of compensation events/variations (depending on form of contract).contractual correspondence.commercial reporting.procurement of professional services for design etc.
