job description summary
essential responsibilities/job duties this position will work primarily to:
• assist with snap outreach mail
• handle incoming calls related to reconsiderations, reschedules, no shows, etc.
• responsible for all data entry in database for program no shows, recons, reschedules,
• back up for snap electronic outreach
• conduct/assist snap orientations • other duties as assigned.

• ability to multi-task using different programs simultaneously
• strong communications skills
• strong organizational skills
