Assistant manager of busy independent craft beer pub & taproom - united kingdom, old street, london
old fountain near old street is looking for a motivated and outgoing personality to support the gm in the day to day running of this busy and friendly pub.
we have also opened a sister site nearby and all staff will be expected to do shifts at both sites.
located just a 2min walk from old st station, the pub comprises a bar/restaurant on the ground floor with a sunny roof terrace upstairs (functional year round with umbrellas and heaters).
we serve a selection of real ales alongside 20 taps with an impressive wine and spirit selection too. food is currently served mon-sun with amazing sunday roasts.
experience with table service and a good level of fitness is essential.
we are looking for:
previous experience in a fast paced working environment
passion for customer service and teamwork
interest in food and drink (beer especially but not essential)
personality
complete competence of running shifts & leading a team
reliability
social media skills would be a bonus
working week is 42 hours over 5 days with potential for more when needed.
