we are recruiting for the leading provider of out of school hours childcare for primary school children in the uk. this company continues to grow in quality and scope every year.
they believe that helping children to enjoy being active from an early age will set them up on a journey to a healthy and active lifestyle. operating school holidays camps, breakfast clubs, physical education lessons, lunch time activities, sports clubs, and after school clubs across 100s of schools nationwide, they're a true leader in what they do.
they are now looking for their next superstar to join their team! they are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic communicator, who isn't afraid of having challenging conversations regarding payments and managing customer payment accounts. as you will be working at the heart of the business, liaising with both colleagues and parents is essential. being a strong problem solver is key, as well as being able to keep calm in pressured situations.
what you'll be doing:
- request and allocate student finance payments
- organise, allocate and administer tax free childcare voucher payments, including company schemes
- manage and reconcile all customer accounts; create reports and complete arrears calls/emails in line with guidelines
- administer all invoices for parents as required
- create and manage payment procedures and policies to ensure you exceed our customers expectations
- take ownership of individual member feedback and complaints, and escalate appropriately
you will have:
- at least 2 years' experience in a customer service or administration role
- strong organisation skills and be a great problem solver
- have a track record of turning disgruntled customers into your biggest fans
- have an eye for detail and have great working knowledge of excel
- bags of enthusiasm and bring passion to your role
- a thirst for helping others
