we are currently looking to recruit an experienced chef de partie for this busy 4 star hotel. this is an excellent opportunity to join their team of experienced chefs producing quality fresh food to satisfy guest's appetites. as chef de partie you will create dishes for all outlets working with a sous and head chef and will be supported by commis chefs.

the place

a lovely 4 star hotel based in buckinghamshire. a 150 bedroom hotel, part of a small family run chain. they have a busy banqueting department and host lots of weddings. they currently hold one rosette.

the ideal chef de partie will have the following:
