we are recruiting for a reservations coordinator with a luxury hotel. as the reservations coordinator you will be taking care of all guests enquires prior to their visit. you will be the face and voice of the hotel's reservations and will be able to assist requiring information relating to all aspects of the hotel.

the successful reservations coordinator will receive the following:

annual basic salary of £22,500 per year40 hour contract great discounts on f&b and across the groupfree parkingthe chance to work for a luxury hotel group

the person

the ideal reservations coordinator will have the following:

experience of within luxury hotel reservations have experience using opera, pms and fidelio be patient and comfortable working under pressure excellent communication skills and be approachable excellent guest relations skills additional experience with resdiary and synxis
