we are looking for someone with excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
primary duties include:
· answer phone calls and make outbound calls to assist in getting incomplete applications completed
· assist in online application completion and gathering and reviewing documentation
· administrative skills with computer literacy and are tech savvy
· any type of housing knowledge is a huge plus (but not required)
