job description:

provide strategic hr leadership to global quality and regulatory organization which includes global regulatory, global post market surveillance, quality for all global businesses, markets and operations.

your key areas of responsibility are:

organizational effectiveness – to improve productivity, use diagnostics, drive benchmark organizational design efforts with high touch partners management and employee centric change management.

on the talent front, the following topics are high on the radar: dedicated development plans and career paths, upgrading talent/performance management, retention strategies, building strong pro-active talent acquisition plans to attract the best of the best from the labor market whilst accelerating high potential talent internally

you strongly collaborate with q&r leaders, the hr teams in the countries, other hr business partners and consult with the centers of excellence to meet the particular needs of the business. you act as a steward of the hr operating model

experience:

12+ years experience.

university degree, masters preferred

past non-hr operational experienced preferred

experience driving organizational design and development

change management experience preferred
