do you love coffee? we do too and that’s why we are looking to hire several production specialists for one of our local coffee production clients in sacramento. as a production specialist, you would grind and package fresh roasted coffee and operate packaging machinery. if you would love to learn more about the coffee industry in a high-volume roastery, this is the job for you. pay starts at $17 per hour working m-f 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
essential functions:
grinding and packaging finished coffee in various pack sizes while ensuring quality and efficiency standards given by management.
film management and change over maintenance
ensure proper packaging and labeling procedures
basic machine maintenance
account for all finished product and waste
maintain high efficiency and productivity
minimum qualifications:
positive attitude
good communication skills
excellent time management skills
must be mechanically inclined
prior packaging experience desired.
ability to lift to 50 lbs. frequently.
