ensure all recipes can be produced on a large–scale volume with keeping consistencywork with local suppliers to ensure the sourcing of fresh ingredients for the businessworking towards set price points and being confident in the costing and creation of specs for the dishesfollow meticulously detailed npd process – ensure all recipes, information and cost are kept updated in line with internal and external tastings as part of ongoing recipe and process developmentyou will be responsible to manage and maintain the ongoing development of new and existing quality products – working closely with the kitchen team, head chef and also the customers, responding to any feedback promptlycustomer facing – from product presentations to cooking and presenting lunches/ dinners for clients why choose our client?

requirements

min 5 years experience as a chef working within a quality restaurant/ hotel environment, with at least 2 years manufacturing (npd and epd) experience ideally in both high care and low care food manufacturing environment or minimum of two years michelin star experience willing to take on a completely new world.
