a busy family of three in balham, london is looking for a reliable and hardworking part-time live-out housekeeper to come in and take charge of the overall maintenance of their household. this is role is ideal for someone wanting to find a long-term position as part of a warm household.

the family is ideally looking for someone with a kind and loving personality and who is also happy to occasionally lend a hand with their child. someone happy to work as part of a team with a nanny and cleaners (liaise with each other) would also be great.

duties would include:

light household duties (tidying, organising, light/spot cleaning)
laundry, hand washing, ironing and wardrobe management (including delicate clothing)
fridge / freezer / cupboard management
online grocery/house supplies shopping and putting away
help prepare evening meals for the family 3 times a week (simple healthy recipes, leave for the family to finish/heat up)
organising/booking and overseeing other help such as window cleaners, gardeners, handyman
running errands, picking up the post, returning items
occasional babysitting
