we are currently looking for an experienced kitchen manager located in leatherhead. our client is a luxury 5-star hotel in leatherhead. the successful kitchen manager working closely with the head chefs you will be responsible for food safety & hygiene compliance, cost control of all food & beverage stock, management of kitchen equipment and supporting the culinary teams with rota management and controlling payroll costs.

the kitchen manager will receive:

the person

the kitchen manager will have:

previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industrylevel 3 food safety certificate, is desirableformal culinary qualifications, is desirablehave a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including coshh and haccpideally be able to drive or live locally be driven and willing to mentor junior chefsthe ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast-paced environmentstrong communication skills, well organised and the ability to collaborate within beaverbrook and beaverbrook town house and with external parties.the successful candidate will be a strong influencer with the desire to support the culinary team across both properties.
