our team consists of experienced consultants who want to succeed individually but also play a huge role in the expansion and growth of the company. the past year has shown significant progress and many new achievements, and we are now hiring for another recruitment consultant to join our sucessful and supportive team!

the role

based in our office in market bosworth, you will work as a 360-recruitment consultant within an engineering and manufacturing focused market. the role will focus on new business, account management sourcing candidates, whcih can be tough in the current market. you'll become an essential part of the cv technical team and have a wide client base to work with, as well as building new relationships with both candidates and clients.

we're looking for individuals that match our ambition, energy and enthusiasm - whether you're an experienced engineering recruiter, or a recruiter considering moving industries this role could suit you! training, development and support will be offered to all successful candidates.

the rewards

commission: you will be paid a monthly uncapped commission - up to 25% of placement you make!

in short - the more you bill, the more you earn. with an uncapped structure, it means you really do have the opportunity to maximise your earning potential!
