our client is a vibrant, award-winning caterer serving exquisite dishes at events all over london and the south east, from intimate dinner parties and canapé receptions to extravagant yet elegant weddings and all-out parties.

we are looking for a highly skilled, motivated sous chef with a real passion for high quality food, to strengthen an ever-growing team of expert chefs and innovate the menus.

your duties and responsibilities will include:

working across various sections of the kitchenassisting with all aspects of kitchen management including record keeping, stock taking, food orders and ensuring the highest standards of food hygiene, health and safety and food quality are delivered at all timesfull engagement and involvement with kitchen + foh teamwillingness to learn, develop and progress as the business growsin order to be considered, applicants must:
