the role
initially part-time, the role would suit someone in semi-retirement looking for extra income. reporting to the ceo, the successful individual will be responsible for the running of a busy luxury tailoring showroom, ensuring the high standards of service delivery to our clients.
they must be well organised, proactive and efficient and will have experience in office administration. problem solving and multi-tasking are skills required as well as having the ability to manage your time effectively.
this is a luxury mayfair showroom and office with a positive remote-based team to support the successful candidate.
your responsibilities
in the administrator role tasks include the following:
- order processing and managing suppliers
- managing deliveries incoming and outgoing
- preparing management reports on a weekly basis
- receiving and handling inbound calls efficiently
- assisting the ceo and team where needed
- utilising quickbooks, inputting client details and orders as necessary for p&l reports
- office and facilities management as necessary
