what does the role entail?
your role as the bar manager will be to support the hotel bar team working in a range of duties creating cocktails and a welcoming environment for all. you will be working alongside the rest of the hotel teams providing a positive work atmosphere in either the a la carte restaurant or buffet restaurant or alternatively supporting room service. you will also be managing bar staff ensuring consistent communication among the teams and making sure to balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs.
what skills will you have?
