lewes golf club require a food and beverage franchise operator, commencing august 2022, able to provide a 7-day service to members and visitors. we are seeking a forward-thinking, self-motivated person looking to work with us to provide a quality food and beverage facility.
an understanding of golf club catering and bar management would be a definite advantage but the ability to provide everything from members and visitors bar snacks/lunch through to sunday meals, match meals and occasional evening dinners is essential. the successful candidate should be conversant with all current food hygiene and health & safety regulations and have a working knowledge of employment law. personal licence will be required if not already held.
