full time 37 hours/week (minimum considered 30 hours/week)
£39,571 per annum, based on 37 hours per week
remote and hybrid options available
with office bases in eastbourne, uckfield and hastings

about the role
the head of services will be a member of the senior management team and will lead and develop our direct services, with particular emphasis on services and programme management, quality assurance, safeguarding and deputising for the chief executive.
the successful applicant will provide effective leadership to the carer support team, oversee all direct services and support colleagues to deliver the best possible services to carers. they will be a skilled strategic manager with excellent communication, it, and organisational skills with a keen aptitude for data analysis, monitoring and evaluation.
