the laird and dog is currently looking to strenghten the kitchen team with the addition of a chef de partie.
the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding food to a high standard,
the hours are 39 - 45 hours per weekly and is hourly paid (rate dependable on experience) and is paid 4 weekly. the shifts vary from breakfast / lunch / dinner service,
