the biryani centre are seeking an experienced indian chef to join their team. the successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about food. this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef to be involved in a well admired and quickly growing restaurant.

the biryani centre started from home as a home cooked delivery service and quickly grew into a very successful restaurant which has taken the neighbourhood by storm. it provides a home away from home, cosy environment for its guests to dine in. the brand has quality and sustainability at its core and provides home cooked indian meals to its many guests.

the position

we're looking for an experienced indian chef to join our kitchen team, creating exceptional dishes and delivering an all-encapsulating experience to our guests. you'll have experience working in a quality kitchen, adhering to standard operating and health and safety procedures. more importantly we are looking for people for as passionate about food and hospitality as we are!

understand food and flavours
previous experience as an indian chef in a fast-paced quality, restaurant;
eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in;
a creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;
passionate about food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn;
comfortable working in an ever-changing environment
