as a content creator, you will be working with our marketing and p&c (people and culture) teams. the marketing team are a small group who work closely, supporting one another wherever necessary with open forum communication that values all opinions, equally.

the focus will be on creating engaging, enjoyable content aimed at both our internal and external audiences. this will be a varied role producing different types and styles of content based on the business’s priorities and marketing work scopes/needs.

the day-to-day:

creating content for social media, our website, and our internal communications channels.
creating short videos with a fun and light-hearted tone and engaging content for both internal and external uses.
producing graphics, infographics, imagery, and other digital assets.
production and maintenance of marketing collateral such as flyers and brochures using indesign.
recording and editing audio podcasts.
design and produce email campaigns for marketing and internal use.
work with the rest of the marketing and p&c team on various projects.
support other functions within the business with any design/content creation related work.
bringing your creative ideas to the table!

­­­the skills we need:

creative flair – essential.
proficient with adobe suite (photoshop, indesign, and illustrator in particularly) – essential.
proficient with video editing software (premier pro, final cut pro or similar) – essential.
proficient with audio editing software (adobe audition, audacity or similar) – nice to have.
experience with wordpress or a similar web cms - nice to have.
experience with web design / web builders such as elementor – nice to have.
photography - nice to have.
google analytics or similar web analytics tools - nice to have.
a portfolio or some examples of your work is favourable.

the person we are looking for:

we are looking for someone who is naturally fun/light-hearted and creative. we would like you to have an eye for detail and be a team player with a strong work ethic for a high volume of output. this role will be best suited to someone who is a recent graduate or who is in the early stages of their digital career and are looking for an exciting fast-paced business to grow with, however all applications with the relevant skills are welcome!
