adecco is hiring immediately for a production schedule planner with a local client in santa clara, ca. the production schedule planner performs essential duties with pay starting at $48.00/hour, plus available overtime.

 

responsibilities listed but not limited to:

support specific project and program objectives as defined in the areas of responsibility, and those necessary preliminary activities (e.g., determination of outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning, among others) are completed

support projects and programs assigned are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements, with specific attention to product/process specifications, project/program costs, resource utilization, and timeliness for completion

ensures that all phases of the project, program, and/or process development are documented, and that information required in other functional areas is reported, disseminated, or transferred, as appropriate

ensures compliance with company policies regarding engineering/lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety

undertake study of new technologies

support data collection for materials & financial resources

communication skillset across different functions as a coordinator

data analysis to determine weaknesses & improvements needed, and support decision making

assist project management with data collection and report forming.

requirements:

college degree or equivalent experience

1-3 years of related experience

pmp certification

experience and knowledge of microsoft projects
