what will my role include?

• lead kitchen team in absence of head chef

• provide guidance and training to junior chefs

• oversee kitchen stock and ordering

• assist head chef in creating new menus

• manage food profit margins

• ensure haccp and all legal documents are accurate and up to date.

• assist head chef is managing labour costs requirements?

• enthusiastic about their work

• experienced in gastro pubs

• demonstrate great planning and organisation skills.

• able to cost dishes

• trained in haccp

• fully certified in food & safety

• positive attitude

• committed to food & work
