Part time carer/support worker - united kingdom, erskine, renfrewshire
looking to employ a part time carer/support worker - minimum of 6 months (pvg scheme member) to assist male in his early 40's to carry out day to day tasks in his own home.
10 hours per week,
wage: £11.00 per hour
monday to thursday - 11.00 am - 1.00 pm
monday to friday - 10.00 am - 12.00 pm
household duties would include the following:-
due to my medical condition my bed requires to be striped each morning and remade. sheets and duvet cover washed and dried in tumble dryer or outside if weather permitting then put away in laundry cupboard. washing and drying clothes and putting them away in bedroom drawers. keeping laundry cupboard tidy. bedroom and drawers kept tidy. occasional ironing required for clothes. cleaning fluff out of tumble dryer on a daily basis and cleaning out the washing powder drawer in the washing machine on a weekly basis.
generally keeping house tidy (hoovering and dusting) with special attention given to keeping bathroom clean and hygenic and mopping floor. emptying bins. these duties would be required on a daily basis.
other occasional would include:-
i have a cupboard with my medical supplies which have to be ordered usually on a monthly basis and one of the duties would be keeping a check that i do not run out of any items. i have a diary with records of orders that require to be kept up to date. medical supply cupboard will also be required to be kept tidy. monthly meter readings to be carried out for gas and electricity and sent monthly to suppliers. details in diary..
the job would also entail accompanying and participating in outings with me on occasions such as outdoor exercise or the gym.
