sacco mann are keen to speak with a senior level solicitor on behalf of one of our north east clients who focus on the recovery of hidden commission and losses from mis-sold energy contracts.

this senior level/managing solicitor will ideally be 4+ years pqe with the relevant experience in agency law; particularly in its application to energy brokers.

it is essential that you must harbour the ability and confidence to effectively handle challenging claims alongside the foresight to further develop this field for the future of the business. thus, strict time management and prioritisation skills are a must with an excellent ability multi-task for business development and supporting the wider team.

supporting said team will be completely at your own discretion with your own tactics and management style. you will receive support from directors on the business alongside specialist training to bring you up to speed on this area of law, however, this won't affect the freedom and autonomy you will have over this team and the best working practices you implement to continue the welcoming working atmosphere that exists within the wider company.
