production technician for crystal springs ms

hours: monday – friday 8:00 – 5:00 might start with less than 40 hours

location: crystal springs ms

wages: based on education and experience

duration: temp to hire

looking for someone who is  electronic and tech savvy.
this will start at 30-40 hours per week, but we're targeting someone who wants to grow their career. candidates must be able to demonstrate and understanding of the technical parts of the tasks list below.

job duties:

5s audits schedule and mitigations follow up, support process owner to close the findings. update the 5s boards that are in place.

support the p.e. kaizen leader in the prework, especially in the standard work creation and risk assessment (all of this validated with the manufacturing engineer of the area)

support the p.e. kaizen leader in the report out after each kaizen and actions follow up.

help us to complete the vsm, record times for each process and waste observation.

support the supervisors on documenting rps.

attention to detail

qualifications:
4 year degree in engineering or a related field. demonstrated professional experience also preferred.
